Shipping, Returns, and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pointer Traditions! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns of full-price and sale merchandise must be made within 30 days of your order date. Items cannot be exchanged or returned 30 days after the date of purchase.

NOTE: If your item was a Final Sale, it cannot be exchanged or returned; these items are also not subject to price adjustments.

Items must be returned in their original condition (with original packaging, unused, untested, original tags, and resalable). If we receive returned items in a condition that doesn't meet our return requirements, we will decline the return. Should you submit a non-compliant return, you authorize us to charge you for the full amount of the non-compliant return using your original payment method and/or to reverse any refunds previously issued. Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

Your receipt or proof of purchase is also required when exchanging or returning. Please include your packing slip with your return/exchange, as it helps us process your order as fast as possible. If you can't find your packing slip, include your name and order number that is found on your order confirmation email. 

Please allow us 7-10 business days to receive and process your exchange or return. You will be refunded in the original form of payment.

How to exchange or return your item
1. Place all items to return in the original packaging, including the packing slip.
2. Ship to:

3. Obtain the tracking number for your package.

Only items purchased through www.pointertraditions.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any of our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.

We Sent You The Wrong Product
If we send you the incorrect item, we are so sorry! That was our mistake - Please email us at returns@pointertraditions.com with your order information and the incorrect item, and we will get that fixed for you. 

Receiving Credit for Your Return
Our refund will include the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax, less the cost of shipping. Please allow up to 30 business days after the return is approved and processed for your account to be credited. Sorry, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Shipping and Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
