Pointer Traditions Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pointer Traditions. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of your order date
• Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments

Condition Requirements

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, including:
• Original packaging
• Unused and untested
• Original tags attached
• Resalable condition

If returned items do not meet these requirements, the return will be declined. If a refund was already issued or attempted, you authorize Pointer Traditions to charge your original payment method for the full amount of the non-compliant return.

Refunds are issued after the returned products are received and inspected.


Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please include:
• Your packing slip, or
• Your name and order number (found in your confirmation email)

This ensures your return or exchange is processed as quickly as possible.


Processing Timeline

Please allow 7–10 business days from the time we receive your return for processing.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Stickers / decals

• Gift cards

• Customized Replacement ID Nameplates


How to Return or Exchange Your Item

    • Need to start a return or exchange? Click here to log in to your customer account to submit your request, and we’ll take care of the rest. 

    Only items purchased through www.pointertraditions.com may be returned.

    Orders purchased through wholesale partners must be returned to the original place of purchase.


    If We Sent the Wrong Product

    We apologize for the mistake.
    Email returns@pointertraditions.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A photo or description of the incorrect item

    We will make it right.


    Refund Details

    Refunds include:
    • Item cost
    • Applicable sales tax

    Refunds do not include:
    • Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
    Return/Exchange + Shipping Protection Fee

    Please allow up to 30 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.


    Shipping & Fees

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

    Return shipping and Exchanges are FREE for customers who have paid for our Return/Exchange + Shipping Protection. All pending shipping charges will be waived at the time of refund.
